Delivery & Returns


At L&S Office Supplies we aim to provide an exceptional and consistent delivery service at all times. As standard, for general office products we offer a next working day delivery (subject to stock availability) throughout UK mainland. However, as an independent business, focused on servicing our loyal customers, we can arrange deliveries to suit individual requirements.

Delivery Charges for Office Products

We offer free delivery on orders over £49.99 ex VAT. Any orders placed that do not meet this threshold, will be subject to the following charges:

  • For orders less than £30 ex VAT the delivery charge will be £8.95 ex VAT.
  • For orders more than £30 ex VAT, but less than £50 ex VAT the delivery charge will be £3.95 ex VAT.

Additional delivery charges may apply for safes, specialist papers, furniture and other bulky items.


Delivery Charges for Office Furniture

Oversized or furniture items may be subject to extended delivery times and additional charges. Details available at checkout. We do provide a range office seating and furniture that is offered with free delivery. Lead time for this is service is 5-7 working days from date of order.


Free delivery on office chairs

We offer free delivery on a range of office chairs. This free service is delivered within 3-5 day.

For a small additional fee, we can arrange for your chair to be delivered fully assembled. We also offer a next day or day of choice delivery service – please contact a member of our team to discuss your requirements.

We have a range of delivery and installation options available including our complete care installation service. For full details, please contact a member of our team.



Here at L&S Office Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order from us. However, if you are not happy with the goods you have purchased, you can return them to us. Standard office products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full credit. All goods must be returned unused and in resalable condition to receive a full credit. Any goods returned without the original packaging will not be credited.

Returns of any unwanted office furniture items will be subject to a handling and restocking charges. All furniture items must be unopened for a return to be processed. Any assembled items cannot be returned.

E&OE Some products are non-returnable, these items include all food and drink products. Some furniture products are also non-returnable. Please contact our customer service for more information.
